Be with those who bring out the best in you, not the stress in you.

I became a therapist because I know firsthand how having the right kind of support can make a positive difference. My prior life and professional experiences inform how I work as a therapist. My style is active and directive, yet compassionate and nonjudgmental. I use an integrative approach, including solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and emotionally-focused couples therapy techniques to help you understand destructive patterns that may be keeping you from achieving what you want. We’ll focus on your strengths and what’s worked in the past.

I recognize that life can be hectic and complex. That’s why I strive to provide effective time-efficient therapy that doesn’t add to the stress in your life, but lessens it. I’m a parent and have been married for more than 35 years, so I understand those challenges as well.
